QA Claims is a rising star in the insurance claims industry. Our company was founded and incorporated in 2011 by insurance industry veteran Raymond Donaldson who began his career in the insurance industry in 1985. Our management team was carefully crafted to include former insurance claims managers, independent claims adjusters, insurance staff claims adjusters, insurance agents and successful business entrepreneurs.
This blend of industry professionals and experts gives us deep roots in the insurance industry so that we are able to understand insurance claims from the sale of a policy through the successful resolution of a claim.
QA Claims management team members have worked claims in every hurricane that have hit land in the United States since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Today QA Claims has a network of thousands of trained, licensed and experienced claims professionals who are ready to work daily claims or available to deploy whenever needed at a moment’s notice.
